Paul and his team are amazing to deal with. Been trying to find an issue with my F-150 for 1.5 years, multiple trips to multiple Ford dealerships with no luck. Paul identified the issue and provided me with the Ford Technical Service Bulletin to give to Ford. Ford is going to fix the issue under warranty based on this information.
